VICTORY (Visualizing the Power of Citizen Science Through Observations and Repository for Anticipatory Action) aims to empower communities by transforming everyday individuals into scientific contributors. This initiative combines low-cost hardware solutions, such as a Precipitation Measurement device and a Bamboo Staff Gauge, with software tools, including a Citizen Science Crowdsourcing Mobile Application and a web-visualization dashboard. The project focuses on collecting and analyzing rainfall measurements and water level data, recorded by citizen scientists, to support anticipatory action and decision-making.
