Ms. Sujata Chhetri
Ms. Sujata Chhetri, our Finance and Administration professional, brings over a decade of dedicated service in the I/NGO sector in Nepal. With a career rooted in financial transparency, donor compliance, and operational excellence, she has played a pivotal role in managing multi-donor funded projects with precision and integrity. Specializing in proposal budgeting, financial forecasting, payroll administration, audits, and policy compliance, she ensures robust financial systems that meet the highest standards. Her collaborative approach has built trusted relationships with I/NGOs, international donors, and the Social Welfare Council (SWC), while her programmatic insight into Disaster Risk Reduction Management (DRRM), Early Warning Systems, emergency response and recovery, and inter-agency coordination reflects a rare balance of operational acumen and field-level understanding. Armed with a Master’s degree in Business Studies (Accounting and Taxation) from Tribhuvan University, a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credential from ICMA Australia, and semi-qualified ACCA certification from the British College, Thapathali, Ms. Sujata combines technical expertise with warmth, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to excellence—making her an invaluable asset to our organization and its mission.
