Shova Baral is an experienced logistics and administrative professional with a strong background in business studies. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University and has gained valuable hands-on experience through her roles in logistics, administration, and finance. Currently serving as an Admin-Finance Assistant at the Institute of Himalayan Risk Reduction (IHRR), Ms. Baral supports administrative operations and provides assistance on account-related tasks. Her previous experience includes managing logistics and office accounts as a Logistic and Account Officer at Global Meet Educational Consultancy. With excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of business processes, Ms. Baral is dedicated to ensuring seamless operations and efficient resource management within her organization.
